Buffalo Chicken Dip is a warm, creamy party dip made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and melted cheddar cheese.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
2 tablespoons sliced green onions optional
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Mix softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
Stir in dressing until fully combined.
Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve warm with chips or vegetables.
