Buffalo Chicken Dip is a warm, creamy party dip made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and melted cheddar cheese.

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
2 tablespoons sliced green onions optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  • Mix softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.

  • Stir in dressing until fully combined.

  • Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.

  • Spread mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  • Cool slightly and serve warm with chips or vegetables.
