Crispy, golden air fryer sliced potatoes made with just a handful of ingredients. A fast, healthy, and versatile side dish or snack.
2–3 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
1 to 1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp paprika, fresh herbs
Wash and slice potatoes into ¼-inch rounds. Soak in cold water for 10–15 minutes.
Drain and pat dry completely.
Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange slices in a single layer.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve hot, optionally garnished with herbs or parmesan.
