Crispy, golden air fryer sliced potatoes made with just a handful of ingredients. A fast, healthy, and versatile side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 23 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)

  • 1 to tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp paprika, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice potatoes into ¼-inch rounds. Soak in cold water for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Drain and pat dry completely.

  3. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange slices in a single layer.

  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with herbs or parmesan.
