Tender marinated chicken skewers air-fried to juicy, golden perfection. Fast, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight meals or healthy meal prep.

Ingredients

  • lbs chicken breast or thighs, cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or Greek yogurt

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into cubes. In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients and toss chicken to coat. Chill 30 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  • Thread chicken (and veggies) onto soaked skewers.

  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is golden and cooked through.

  • Rest for 2 minutes and serve with desired sides or sauces.
