Tender marinated chicken skewers air-fried to juicy, golden perfection. Fast, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight meals or healthy meal prep.
1½ lbs chicken breast or thighs, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil or Greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes
Cut chicken into cubes. In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients and toss chicken to coat. Chill 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Thread chicken (and veggies) onto soaked skewers.
Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
Rest for 2 minutes and serve with desired sides or sauces.
